Size: 6ft 5in x 3ft 7in (196 x 109m).Antique Khorasan Baluch rug with fine lattice design and unusual borders.
Circa 1880.
A good Khorasan Baluch rug with a fine repeat medallion lattice design in alternate rows of different shades of madder red and indigo blue. The rug is of complex design and has very well drawn borders, the ivory ground minor borders are most interesting.
The rug is in good condition with even wear and medium / low pile.
The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.
